Juan Sanchez Navarro Redo
Public Relations Director of Grupo Modelo S.A de C.V

JUAN SANCHEZ NAVARRO REDO is the Director of Public Relations of Grupo Modelo S.A de C.V., the second largest brewery in Latin America, a position he has held since 1990. He is also alternate Director of the Board of the Group, and a member of several other company boards, such as Grupo Financiero Bital, Home Mart de M�xico, Controladora de Farmacias, Operadora Baja Sol and Impulsora Agr�cola.
Mr. S�nchez-Navarro served as Chairman of several Institutions, such as the Instituto Mexicano de la Fluorita and C�mara Nacional de la Industria de la Cerveza y de la Malta, and Director of the Silver Institute, Instituto del Bismuto and C�mara Minera M�xico. From 1971 to 1989 he worked in Industrial Minera M�xico, today Grupo M�xico, the largest mining group in Mexico; as a Director of Corporate Development and Commercial Director. He was also Assistant Secretary and Director of the Board of Minera M�xico.
Mr. S�nchez-Navarro also held several positions in the Secretar�a de Educaci�n P�blica in the copyright area, and in the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social. He worked in the legal department of Condumex, S.A. (cable company).
Mr. S�nchez-Navarro has a law degree from the Universidad Nacional Aut�noma de M�xico, and studies in business from the University of Edinburg, and accounting from the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial (M�xico), and he has undertaken the course A-D-2 of Instituto Panamericano de Alta Direcci�n de Empresas. Among his personal interests are travel, sailing, and fishing.
