Jeff is originally from New York and manages the Company from its HQ. With offices in New York, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Chennai, India, he leads their go to market team and helps their customers implement digital transformation strategy leveraging WeChat. Jeff has worked with a variety of organizations, from hospitality to financial services, and is a frequent speaker on the implications of Omnichannel Chat strategy. He has a seasoned background in social networking, content marketing, mobile strategy and emerging technology.

Why WeChat Still…….?
I sat down with Chatly’s business development team from their Hong Kong and Shanghai offices after a recent webinar together. Salesforce’s Hong Kong Marketing Cloud Specialist joined us, to discuss why WeChat is still a key component to any business or organisation large or small targeting or wishing to engage a Chinese centric consumer audience. Many international businesses still experience mixed results by trying to go it alone and being let down by the wrong marketing partner. I was amazed at how far Wechat has come and all the 3rd party API integration permitted now. I wish my own Chinese were better!
