On 23 March 2023, FEC opened the Ritz-Carlton Melbourne. The hotel consists of 257 luxury guest rooms located within the West Side Place mixed-use development in the CBD of Melbourne. The lobby sits on the 80th floor and all the rooms offer impressive views over Melbourne.
The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne represents the second Ritz-Carlton developed and opened by FEC in Australia. In November 2019, FEC successfully opened the 205 luxury guest rooms Ritz-Carlton in Perth, within the mixed-use luxury development of Elizabeth Quay.
More recently, on 19 April 2023, FEC opened the Dorsett Melbourne. The hotel consists of 316 guest rooms and is also located within the West Side Place development in Melbourne. The Dorsett Melbourne offers exquisite experiences and a snapshot into the city’s vibrant art scene through a showcase of urban artwork by local Melbourne artists.
