
Since he joined in PwC Indonesia in 2009, he have assisted many Japanese clients to establish company, perform M&A, solve tax dispute cases., implement carve- out, in collaboration with local experts at the Firm.
He had also worked for SMBC for 10 years, including 3 years in Shanghai branch. In addition, he had worked for JICA Indonesia and JICA Myanmar for 4 years and formulated and implemented private sector and financial sector development projects.

- Assisted many Japanese clients to establish a new companies, including BKPM approval, import licence, work permit for smooth launch of the new company
- Assisted Japanese clients’ carve -out of a business and establish a new company
