Mr. Sin is the founding and managing partner of China Prosperity Capital Fund, a private equity investment company with a primary investment focus on PRC mobile internet businesses. Mr. Sin is also Vice Chairman, co-founder and executive director of CMGE Group Limited, the largest publisher and a leading developer of mobile games in China and a company listed on the NASDAQ market in United States from September 2012 to August 2015. Mr. Sin was a Director of Global Investment Banking of HSBC and also a member of the China management team. During his 12 years’ experience as an investment banker, Mr. Sin had advised on a wide range of notable IPO and M&A transactions involving projects in China/Hong Kong and throughout Asia. Mr. Sin has over 19 years of experience in management, finance and investment banking.
Mr. Sin received a Master’s degree in Engineering Economics and Operations Research from Stanford University, USA. He also holds three Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science/Mathematics, Economics and Industrial Management (with college honors) from Carnegie Mellon University. He serves on the board of trustees of Cushing Academy, MA, USA.Mr. Sin is a council member of the Internet Professional Association and a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
